Tomorrow's War meets Battletech: House Kurita's "Grand Dragon" finished

The DRG-1G Grand Dragon. One of House Kurita's very own designs, produced by Luthien Armor Works, reinforcing my Sword Of Light units.
Offensive capabilities are based upon a center torso mounted LRM-10 launcher.

Back details include unit insignia, heat sink ports and back banner.
Left arm, sporting unit insignia (ivory dragon crest) and a Victoy 23R Medium Laser.

Right arm bearing a Lord's Thunder PPC.

Details of the upper torso: once again with the cherry blossom theme and a sashimono (back banner). Left and right of the cockpit are another pair of Medium Lasers.

Tomorrow's War meets Battletech: House Kurita's "Atlas" and "Hatamoto Chi" finished

Ok, just like I said - the last pics in my other two blog entries were "work in progress". They were, cause I had no access to the necessary decals to finish the two Mechs entirely. Thanks to Ennis A. I got a whole decal sheet of "1st Sword Of Light" emblems in the mail today, and the Atlas and Hatamote Chi can now be considered DONE!
The Atlas also received a large scale Kurita crest for his giant torso armor. Somehow I figured something was missing for the commanding officer's Mech... the large dragon emblem fills the blanks nicely.
The "1st Sword Of Light" traditionally fields a white dragon emblem on their Kurita crest and bear those on the left shoulder: Hatamoto Chi and Atlas with their "ivory dragon" emblems. Thanks, Ennis!

Tomorrow's War meets Battletech: House Kurita's "Hatamoto Chi" WIP part 1

Next Mech ready to deploy (apart from Sword Of Light decals not yet added): 80 ton HTM-27T "Hatamoto Chi".
Left arm sporting a Tiegart PPC. Note the back banner that I have added, using a plastic part from Zvezda's 1/72 samurai box.
Detail of the right arm: Katana sword (custom variant, the HTM-27T normally doesn't have one) and a second Tiegart PPC.
Details of the back include the banner (sashimono) and sword+flame emblem of House Kurita's elite regiments.
Front shot reveals the two torso mounted Bical SRM-6 Missile Racks and the cherry blossom theme that I am trying to add to all Kurita Mechs so they don't end up being simply painted red all around.

Off to the painting table. The Coordinator needs more war machinery!
